With the acquisition of the Animal Feed manufacturing Company Nutrena (Pvt) Ltd a subsidiary of Cargill Inc., USA , by CIC and renaming it as CIC Feeds (Pvt) Ltd , It was advocated to transfer the Vetcare division of CIC to CIC Vetcare (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of CIC Feeds on 1 st April 2003 . The synergy has helped the Company to place itself as one of the best companies marketing veterinary drugs, vaccines and feed additives in Sri Lanka . The Company imports and markets veterinary products manufactured by world renowned veterinary Product manufacturers.
