CIC Poultry markets its own ISO 22000/HACCP certified brand of CIC Chicken, popular among the hospitality industry, which does not compromise on quality. The company also provides its produce to the Marvellous Chicken, Caterers Chicken, CIC Chicken Parts and Hubbard Chicken brands.
The company is almost fully integrated so our chicken products have 100% traceability. Our use of Cryovac bags to seal products minimises exposure and maintains quality, while our processing and freezing practices make use of the latest technology and ensure the delivery of high quality, hygienic produce.
