CIC Health & Personal Care division in collaboration with the CIPM

CIC Health & Personal Care division in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, (CIPM ) the nation’s leader in human resource management, commenced the first session of the Leadership skills development (LSD) program on 5th November 2022.

The inauguration ceremony was held at the CIPM auditorium with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU ) between two organizations.

Mr. Aroshan Seresinhe – Group Chief Executive- CIC Holdings PLC, Mr. G. Weeratunga – Director Professional & Academic Affairs – CIPM, Mr. Aruna Jayasekera – Group Head of Human Resources- CIC Holdings PLC, and Mr. Viraj Manatunga Group Chief Strategy Officer- CIC Holdings PLC were present at this ceremony.

Renowned Trainer Mr.Kumar De Silva conducted the Smart Corporate training program for the Sales and Marketing team members in the Health & Personal care division on the day one of LSD program. The LSD program is developed to impart key soft skills among the participants, with the core aim of developing leadership potential, and grooming the next succession of managers within the business.

The main objective of this program is to enhance the leadership skills of the participants, and enable them to undertake a practical assignment at work, to bring about ‘measurable’ results to their division.
