These programs, which are held many times a year, cater to various specialties and provide Sri Lankan healthcare professionals with much needed knowledge and hands-on experience with the high-tech equipment supplied by CIC Surgical.
The segment continued to tap into its global partner network with a view to strategically expanding the current product range, specifically in regard to disruptive products that present significantly enhanced patient clinical outcomes. As culmination of these efforts, regulatory approvals were sought for a new advanced wound care, plastic and reconstruction, orthopeadics and neuro range.
Negotiations also commenced with principals to introduce a new POCT (point of care testing) diagnostics range which would give CIC a first mover advantage in this space.
