CIC Holdings PLC, in collaboration with the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), implemented the Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP), featuring an International Exposure Program for the Agri Cluster Team, in partnership with Kasetsart University, Thailand.

This initiative was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and strategic competencies across the agricultural value chain, with a strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and value creation from production to market.

Through structured academic sessions, industry exposure, and cross-cultural learning, participants gained global perspectives and practical insights to drive business excellence and long-term organizational growth within the agri sector.
